is a music manager, agency looks after artists.

started off as a artist was performing at school and broadway. her career as a performer and creative changed to a performance arts student that was acting on the west she started  doing collaborative song writing. Publisher gave her jobs to do she needed to work with artists and collaborate with them. 

Then a major turning point for her career, she was head hunted by 'Syco production' 

she worked across all the shows for psych production, she is a part of the development team for shows like X' factor.

She started doing her own company artist like Ellie golding ed Sheeren and other random artists started working with them. Now artists play a numbers game, fighting to go viral and their music to get views and listens on all social media platforms. Record labels nowday's , look for more developed artists with a following that the can push even further. Establish artist and actor is featuring like sam smith. 

'Put your records on' 

was a huge success  then  in lockdown this song blew up again because a influencer  covered it on TikTok and then everyone started listening to it on Spotify 6 million and on TikTok 7 billion. The original singer of that song got loads of views on his original song because of that cover. The influencer 'Ritt Monmey' got  200 million streams on Spotify on his own songs through that cover. for every sound on Spotify he already had he got for each song 1 million pounds. Emma Stakes represents the writers of the song 'put your records on'.
